Job Description

Deliver high-quality IATA training programs to aviation aspirants and professionals.
Develop and update course content, ensuring it meets current industry standards and the academy's objectives.
Conduct classroom and virtual sessions providing an effective and engaging learning experience to students.
Facilitate discussions, workshops, webinars, and hands-on activities as appropriate to the subject matter.
Assess student performance through exams and assignments and provide constructive feedback for motivation and improvement.
Provide one-on-one or group assistance for students if required.
Support students to pass IATA examinations and conduct revision classes and mock exams.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and regulations through ongoing research.
Attend webinars, seminars and conferences to enhance knowledge.
Foster a respectful and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

Must be a Certified IATA trainer.
Airline experience is mandatory. Min 5 years in Managerial role
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Master's degree is an added value.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the aviation industry in a managerial role.
Ability to develop comprehensive and effective IATA training materials.
Excellent communication and training delivery skills.
Strong knowledge of IATA regulations, standards, and procedures.
Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies for both in-person and virtual sessions.
Ability to manage and motivate a multicultural group of students.
