Requirements :-

1. Responsible for the initial analysis of the first 100 returned malfunctioning units after the launch of new projects, coordinating with R&D for problem verification, and following up on the effectiveness monitoring after the implementation of solutions. Responsible for monitoring and early warning of TOP/common abnormal issues in the project, and promoting R&D to make improvements.
2. Responsible for handling online and offline market complaints, such as customer complaints related to sales, after-sales, and market, ultimately closing the loop on issues.
3. Can conduct preliminary analysis on failure data, extract common issues, and provide improvement suggestions.
4. Explore market characteristic issues and drive the demand for products suitable for localization.
5. Regularly visit the market, collect product issues and competing product information, and output visit reports.
6. Handling of market issues in countries surrounding North Africa

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, majoring in electronics or related fields
2. More than 2 years of experience in electronic product repair, proficient in circuit principle analysis, and skilled in operating electronic analysis equipment such as multimeters, soldering irons, hot air guns, network comprehensive testers, etc.
3. Familiar with the routine failure analysis workflow and analysis methods
4. Good oral and written English communication skills.
