Job Description

Young Professionals Programme — Wealth Management

This programme is a selective, hands-on entry point for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a client-facing career in wealth management. The family office keeps its intake deliberately small, offering participants real responsibility from the outset, close mentorship from experienced advisors, and a clear path to a permanent role for those who perform.

This is not a passive graduate scheme. It is designed for people who want to be stretched, backed, and given the opportunity to prove themselves quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside experienced wealth management professionals in a client-facing environment
  • Support relationship management activities across a high-net-worth client base
  • Develop knowledge of alternative asset classes including private equity, private debt, and real estate
  • Take on meaningful responsibility early, with structured support to reach a high professional standard
  • Contribute to tailored investment solutions and client-specific strategies

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a strong academic record
  • Zero to two years of professional experience; internships are welcomed
  • Sharp analytical and numerical ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Genuine curiosity about investing and financial markets, with a strong drive to learn
  • Composed under pressure, client-focused, proactive, and accountable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Based in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, or the UAE, with willingness to travel regionally
  • GCC nationality preferred
  • CFA candidacy is an advantage but not required
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is an advantage
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage

Location

Positions are available across the family office's Gulf region offices, including Manama, Riyadh, Dubai, and Kuwait.

Application Process

Candidates should submit a CV and cover letter. The application form includes questions on language proficiency in English and Arabic, academic background, and GCC nationality status. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly by the family office's recruitment team.
