Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza for a Fashion and Retail Account (Wave 1) at Alorica. The role involves handling customer inquiries and support related to fashion and retail products, including assisting with orders, returns, exchanges, and product information. Daily tasks include providing style-focused guidance, recommending suitable items based on customer preferences, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience across channels. Team members will use Alorica's systems and tools to document interactions, follow up on open cases, and meet defined service and sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to share feedback, optimize processes, and uphold brand standards in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and basic Marketing to support customer acquisition, upselling, and brand promotion.
- Candidates should possess skills in Fashion, Fashion Styling, and Fashion Design to provide informed product recommendations and styling advice.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally in spoken and written English (other languages are an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site in Giza, follow set schedules, and maintain performance in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and comfort using digital tools and CRM systems.
- Previous experience in retail, fashion, or contact center environments is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in fashion, business, or marketing is a plus.
