Fashion Designer Assistant for Abaya Brand

We are looking for an execution-driven Fashion Assistant to work directly with the Founder.

This is a design-focused role, where you will assist with design development, sampling, fittings, fabric selection, embroidery details, and supplier coordination.

As we are still a small and growing team, you will also be expected to support other areas of the business when needed, such as marketing, social media, Shopify product setup, and occasional shop assistant duties, until the team expands.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow with the company and become a core member of the business over time.

What You'll Do

• Support design development & product creation
• Work directly with tailors on sampling and fittings
• Assist with fabric selection, embroidery, and design details
• Coordinate production and supplier communication
• Contribute to trend research and design ideas
• Assist with social media management
• Supervise Shopify product uploads and product setup
• Support photoshoots and content preparation
• Help with operations across:
• Al Quoz (workshop/showroom)
• Mirdif shop (shift coverage when needed)
