Education: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textiles, or a related field
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion industry, preferably within high-end boutiques or ateliers
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultations: Meeting with clients to understand their needs and providing professional advice on styles that suit their body type and occasion
Live Sketching: Demonstrating high proficiency in drawing live fashion sketches in front of clients to visualize the proposed designs instantly
Material & Color Selection: Selecting appropriate fabrics, textures, and color palettes that align with the design and complement the client's skin tone
Technical Supervision: Overseeing the production process with the tailoring team to ensure the final garment matches the approved sketch and quality standards
