Fashion Designer

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer trainer for a part-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating innovative designs, selecting and working with textiles, and incorporating embroidery elements into design projects. The role includes involvement in fittings to ensure proper garment construction and high-quality standards. Collaboration within a team environment of designers and artisans will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Fashion Design and a strong ability to conceptualize and create innovative designs.
• Knowledge of textiles and experience in working with various types of fabrics.
• Skills in embroidery and incorporating fine details into garment creations.
• Proficiency in garment fittings and ensuring proper wearability and aesthetic appeal.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with a design team.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
