Fashion Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to develop innovative and commercially appealing apparel, accessories, and fashion concepts. The role involves researching trends, developing design concepts, selecting fabrics and materials, creating sketches and technical specifications, and transforming creative ideas into cohesive fashion collections.

The Fashion Designer will collaborate with product development, merchandising, sourcing, production, marketing, and other creative teams throughout the design process. Responsibilities include developing mood boards, color palettes, garment concepts, design illustrations, technical drawings, and product specifications while ensuring that designs align with brand identity and customer expectations.

The position also involves reviewing samples, evaluating fabrics and construction details, refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining consistency across collections. The Fashion Designer should demonstrate strong creative vision, knowledge of garment construction, awareness of market trends, and the ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, quality, and commercial considerations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of fashion design principles, garment construction, textiles, materials, and production processes.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CLO 3D, CAD software, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create fashion sketches, technical drawings, mood boards, color palettes, and design presentations.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, finishes, patterns, silhouettes, and garment details.
• Ability to research fashion trends, consumer preferences, market developments, and emerging design directions.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, composition, proportions, and visual styling.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into practical and production-ready designs.
• Familiarity with pattern development, sampling, garment fitting, and apparel manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail when reviewing samples, measurements, materials, and construction specifications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product development, merchandising, sourcing, production, and marketing teams.
• Strong creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
