Fashion Designer

• Key Responsibilities:

-Design seasonal collections and develop new fashion concepts.

-Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and materials.

-Create sketches, technical drawings, and mood boards.

-Prepare tech packs and specifications for production.

-Select fabrics, trims, and accessories suitable for each collection.

-Work closely with pattern makers and production teams to ensure design accuracy.

-Conduct fittings and make design adjustments when needed.

-Ensure products meet quality, fit, and brand standards.

-Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams during product launches.

-Stay updated on local and international fashion trends.

• Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

-2+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer.

-Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and fashion trends.

-Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (CLO 3D is a plus).

-Ability to create technical sketches and tech packs.

-Strong creativity with attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

-Portfolio showcasing previous fashion design work is required.
