Fashion Designer – Menswear Focus

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Fashion Designer to join our team. The role will mainly focus on developing menswear collections while also supporting other fashion categories and creative projects when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Research fashion trends, fabrics, colours, silhouettes, and market developments.

* Create original concepts, mood boards, sketches, and collection presentations.

* Design menswear pieces, including T-shirts, shirts, trousers, shorts, outerwear, and accessories.

* Support the design of other product categories when needed.

* Prepare technical drawings, specifications, colourways, and fabric selections.

* Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers throughout sampling and production.

* Review samples and provide clear feedback on fit, construction, fabric, colour, and finishing.

* Attend fittings and make the necessary design adjustments.

* Ensure every product reflects the brand's identity, quality standards, and target customer.

* Collaborate with the creative, marketing, production, and retail teams.

* Follow production timelines and help ensure collections are completed on schedule.

Requirements

* Previous experience in fashion design, preferably with menswear experience.

* Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, sizing, and fit.

* Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, CLO 3D, Procreate, Techpacker and CorelDraw.

* Ability to create technical drawings and communicate clearly with suppliers.

* Strong creativity, attention to detail, and awareness of current fashion trends.

* Good organization and time management skills.

* A strong portfolio showing relevant fashion design work.
