Role Description The Fashion Model role at Go Elite Modelling Agency is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the model will participate in photo shoots, runway shows, commercial campaigns, and digital content creation for fashion and lifestyle brands. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending fittings and rehearsals, collaborating with photographers, stylists, and creative directors, following creative briefs, and maintaining a professional presence at client events. The model will be expected to manage their schedule, be punctual to bookings, maintain grooming and fitness standards, and represent the agency's clients with confidence and professionalism.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, photographers, stylists, and production teams.
• Experience participating in Photo Shoots and familiarity with Photography environments, including posing, following direction, and working under studio or on-location conditions.
• Basic understanding of Sales principles to support brand promotion, product showcasing, and campaign objectives during shoots and events.
• Ability to take direction, adapt to different creative concepts, and work effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility settings.
• Professional appearance, good posture, and confidence in runway and on-camera work; prior modelling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Reliability, time management skills, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by bookings.
• Eligibility to work on-site in Bengaluru and commitment to adhering to industry-standard conduct, safety, and non-discriminatory practices.
