We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Female Secretary to support daily office operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office correspondence (emails, calls, documents)
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (physical & digital)
Handle basic HR/admin tasks
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
Requirements
Female candidate (as per company requirement)
Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
