FF&E Designer

Job Description

• Drive sales through personalized customer interactions, understanding their needs and recommending the perfect furniture solutions.
• Manage product presentations, ensuring the furniture offerings are effectively showcased to prospective clients.
• Provide expert guidance on FF&E requirements for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and suppliers in the FF&E industry.
• Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and timely delivery of FF&E products.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and products in the furniture and FF&E sectors to deliver expert recommendations to clients.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in furniture sales with a strong understanding of FF&E products and processes.
• Expertise in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• 3D Max is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage both sales and technical responsibilities efficiently.
• Knowledge of the furniture industry and trends, especially in the commercial and hospitality sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
• Prior experience working with architects, designers, or contractors in FF&E projects is a plus.
