Job Vacancy: FF&E & OS&E Specialist Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking to hire an FF&E & OS&E Specialist / Furniture Stylist for our team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) selection, sourcing, and styling, with a solid knowledge of the UAE supplier and vendor market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FF&E & OS&E selection, procurement, and styling for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE-based suppliers and vendors.

Select and specify FF&E & OS&E items that meet functional, aesthetic, and quality standards.

Prepare mood boards, material palettes, FF&E & OS&E schedules.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Stay updated on the latest FF&E & OS&E trends, finishes, and materials in the market.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design (or related field).

Minimum 2 years of experience in Interior Design with a focus on FF&E & OS&E.

Proven experience in FF&E & OS&E selection, sourcing, and procurement.

Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD or any similar software (SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, or 3ds Max), in addition to the Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong portfolio showcasing FF&E and furniture styling work.

Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Currently based in the UAE.
