FF&E Specification Specialist

The FF&E Specification Specialist is responsible for the development, organization, management, and continuous enhancement of EVA Interiors physical and digital FF&E and materials library.

The role serves as a central resource for the Design and FF&E teams, ensuring that furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, materials, accessories, sanitaryware, hardware, and other interior products are properly documented, categorized, and readily accessible.

The FF&E Librarian is expected to maintain comprehensive and accurate information covering product specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, technical data, supplier and manufacturer details, availability, lead times, samples, catalogues, and relevant commercial information.

Working closely with the Design, FF&E, Procurement, and Commercial teams, the role ensures that designers have access to reliable and current product information throughout the design and specification process and supports EVA Interiors in maintaining a sophisticated, relevant, and well-curated resource library suitable for high-end residential and luxury interior projects.
