Field Force Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and high-impact Field Force Trainer to join our growing team and play a key role in developing our people and driving field excellence.

• Mansoura

Role Responsbilities:

• Deliver field coaching and on-the-job training to Sales Force (70% of time).

• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions.

• Monitor field performance and recommend development plans.
• Conduct field coaching visits to improve performance and execution.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend training solutions.
• Track training effectiveness and business impact.
• Inspire teams and build a learning culture.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 Years of experience as Field Force Trainer.
• Proven history in training delivery and field coaching.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Passionate about people development and coaching.
