We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Area Supervisor for our Holiday Homes. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple properties within assigned areas, ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and manage housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple holiday home units.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, check-in/check-out arrangements.
- Ensure all units meet hospitality and cleanliness standards.
- Inspect properties regularly and report issues for immediate action.
- Ensure smooth communication with management and clients.
- Support with daily inspections to maintain cleanliness and hospitality standards.
- Help manage check-in/ check- out arrangements.
- Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and manpower allocations
- Report maintenance issues and follow up until completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, service apartments, holiday homes and property management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Basic reporting skills preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license with own car ( preferred).
