Field Operations Lead

Location: Qatar and China

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure HSEQ principles are fully integrated and prioritized across all project activities

Support the development and update of operating philosophies, operating manuals, and procedures

Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, and operability/maintainability studies

Work closely with project and commissioning teams to prepare for offshore installation and startup

Anticipate operational risks and production impacts during project execution and propose mitigation measures

Participate in 3D model reviews and technical workshops

Represent Field Operations during FAT for critical equipment

Support development of operational training for new facilities

Assist site operations teams during installation, commissioning, and handover phases

Capture lessons learned and operational feedback after project completion

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline

Minimum 510 years of experience in production operations and project environments, preferably offshore

Strong knowledge of production, process, and flow assurance engineering

Experience participating in HAZOP, HAZID, and risk assessments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work in a multicultural and complex project environment

Willingness to travel to contractor sites and support offshore activities when required

Fluent in English
