Field Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and technically capableField Operator to support our UAV stations infrastructure across Dubai.

This is a hands-on field role responsible for site visits, troubleshooting, inspections, and maintaining operational readiness of advanced autonomous drone systems deployed in mission-critical environments.

The ideal candidate is disciplined, process-driven, calm under pressure, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a structured operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and emergency site visits across Dubai

Perform physical inspections of UAV docking stations and related equipment

Execute structured troubleshooting procedures

Replace basic hardware components (batteries, propellers, connectors, modules)

Perform system resets and connectivity checks

Follow operational checklists and safety protocols

Document activities clearly using internal reporting systems (Jira)

Maintain tools, spare parts inventory, and field readiness

Requirements

UAE Driving License (mandatory)

Strong troubleshooting mindset

Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within Dubai

Good English communication skills

Organized and disciplined personality

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with drones or UAV systems

Background in aviation / military / civil defense

Experience working with structured SOP environments

Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira or similar)
