We are looking for a talented
Field Operations Associate to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing various field activities to support our operational objectives. As a
Field Operations Associate, You will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimising efficiency in the field.
What You'll Do
Field Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule field activities, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Act as a liaison between the field tasks and the team, facilitating communication and information flow.
Site Management
- Conduct on-site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage inventory and equipment at field locations, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals for the smooth operation of our assets.
Problem Resolution
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise during field operations.
- Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance overall efficiency.
- Communicate with guests and support them during their in-stay journey
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license and comfortable commuting to field locations
- Proven experience in field coordination, site management, or a similar operational role
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, vendors, and guests
- Understanding of safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Comfortable conducting site visits and working in the field
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or logistics is a plus
- Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
