Job Summary
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for a home appliance distribution company in the UAE, handling a private label brand. The role requires strong B2B sales experience across retailers, dealers, and distributors, with hands-on exposure to the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have solid outdoor sales experience and a proven ability to drive sales across both large retail chains and independent outlets. Prior experience in the Abu Dhabi market is essential.
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of outdoor/field sales experience in the UAE (home appliances preferred)
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the Abu Dhabi market (mandatory)
- Strong B2B sales experience dealing with retailers, dealers, and distributors
- Hands-on knowledge of UAE home appliance market and retail landscape
- Experience handling both large retail chains and independent retailers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors across assigned territories
- Drive sales of home appliances across Abu Dhabi and other emirates
- Expand market presence by onboarding new clients and strengthening existing accounts
- Manage sales across modern trade and traditional trade channels
- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide regular sales reports
