Day & Night Company is a fast-growing energy solutions and heavy equipment rental company specializing in generator rentals for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia.

We are expanding our commercial team and looking for a driven, field-oriented Sales Engineer to generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Role Description

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for actively generating leads, visiting potential clients, and converting opportunities into rental contracts. This is a highly field-intensive role requiring daily client visits, strong technical understanding of generator solutions, and the ability to create both commercial and technical proposals.

This role is best suited for candidates who are proactive, comfortable with daily field activity, and driven by achieving measurable sales results. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience as well as existing relationships with key buyers of our services.

Key Responsibilities

-Generate new business through outbound prospecting and client visits

-Conduct 36 client visits per day

-Build and maintain strong client relationships

-Identify customer requirements and recommend generator solutions

-Prepare and submit commercial and technical proposals

-Follow up consistently to convert opportunities

-Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline tracking

-Meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of technical B2B sales in a relevant industry required (construction, contracting, heavy equipment, electrical/plumbing equipment, etc)
  • Existing relationships within construction, MEP, or industrial sectors in Riyadh are a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience preparing technical & commercial proposals
  • Comfortable with field-based sales
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • CRM experience required
  • English & Arabic Language Proficiency REQUIRED
