Job Description

Field sales executive (Services) involve driving revenue through direct, in-person engagement with customers, typically outside a traditional office setting. These professionals identify new prospects, manage existing client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and meet specific territorial sales targets. Key tasks include market research, territory management, and reporting to sales management.

Core Responsibilities and Services:

  • Customer Acquisition: Actively seeking new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to expand the client base.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Presenting products or services to potential clients, demonstrating value, and answering technical questions.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handling commercial negotiations, finalizing contracts, and closing sales deals.
  • Territory Planning: Organizing travel, managing a sales pipeline, and optimizing routes for efficiency in a specific assigned area.
  • Market Intelligence: Gathering competitor data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Utilizing CRM systems to record sales activities, track leads, and prepare performance reports for management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Generally 3+ years in B2B sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual - Arabic & English (MUST)
