Field Sales Executive (Outside Cairo)

This is a sales Role for two calibers, one is based in Upper Egypt , the other is based in Canal Area

JOB PURPOSE (Overall Objective)

Driving sales and revenue growth within a designated territory. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to customer engagement

JOB PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES and JOB CONTE

• Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customers needs are recognized and met.
• Exploit all new opportunities from existing and potential customers.
• In conjunction with the sales manager establish territory sales targets and ensure attainment of agreed revenue and shipment profitability targets.
• Gaining new business and maximizing growth of existing account customers.
• Develop sales strategies to support the company growth objectives.
• Monitor customer performance, loyalty and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuation and possible business at risk. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer.

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

Experience

• 1-2 years face-to-face sales experience
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Organizational awareness (structure, products and services.
• Express distribution industry experience is a plus.

Skills

Good command of English, able to understand, assess and articulate a responce

• Business to business selling skills
• Communication capability both internally and extern
• Ability to interpret standard business reports and employ information effectively both internally and externally.

Computer knowledge

• Good Command of MS office applications
