POS Field Sales Executive

Company Description

We are hiring on behalf of our fintech client based in the UAE.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a POS Field Sales Executive based in the United Arab Emirates. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new merchants, promoting and selling POS solutions, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include preparing sales reports, achieving sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and providing after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and customer acquisition
  • Experience in merchant services, payment solutions, or financial services, with a strong understanding of POS systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and sales reporting
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations is an advantage
  • Prior experience working in the UAE or similar markets is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
