Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will perform a range of responsibilities, including troubleshooting technical issues, conducting repairs, executing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support for clients. They will ensure that customers receive top-quality service through timely resolution of technical problems, effective communication, and assistance with operational guidance for CNC and additive manufacturing equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance for industrial machinery
• Experience in Troubleshooting and offering Technical Support to identify and resolve equipment issues
• Excellent Customer Service skills to deliver efficient and professional client support
• Ability to analyze technical problems and implement effective solutions independently
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
• Proficiency in CNC and/or additive manufacturing systems is a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
