Field Service Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Manager located in Saudi Arabia. The individual in this role will oversee daily field service operations, coordinate schedules, manage field staff, ensure quality assurance, and maintain compliance with safety and operational guidelines. Key responsibilities also include proactive problem-solving, fostering client satisfaction, and contributing to the optimization of field processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven expertise in field service management, team supervision, and operational coordination
• Proficiency in resource allocation, project planning, and schedule management
• Familiarity with industry quality and safety standards, including ISO certifications
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities for resolving challenges in dynamic work environments
• Proven ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in contracting, construction, or related industries is highly advantageous
