Field Services Engineer

For a very well-known multinational company located in Cairo, Egypt, a Field Services Engineer is needed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and perform commissioning activities for new machine installations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance for machines.
• Support customers on-site and remotely for Break Down, Corrective Maintenance and Root-Cause Failure Analysis.
• Occasionally support sister companies in the group by performing tasks outside the MENA region
• Prepare lists of recommended spare-parts as per machine data and as per on-site inspection
• Promote the company's after sale services and products.
• Prepare and present to customers spare-part quotations
• Propose, offer and plan service interventions
• Prepare detailed reports upon machine conditions upon return from each customer site.
• Assist planning, setting up and attending tradeshows presenting the company's products
• Occasionally assist the sales team by attending customer visits with the intent of promoting machine-sales and the company's package as a whole.

Requirements:

• Have an engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics)
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
• +2 Years of Experience working as a service/maintenance Engineer
• Hand on Skills Is mandatory in Both Mechanical and Electrical components
• Good Knowledge with understanding and working with Mechanical Assemblies Drawings, Electrical Wiring diagram, Pneumatic Diagram and PLC Software (Simatic Manager and TIA portal)
• Eligible to Travel with a Valid Passport and Exemption in Military services
