Field Supervisor Retail Promoters

Role: Supervise promoters deployed in Carrefour and Lulu across the UAE, ensuring strong sales performance, attendance and compliance with brand and store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct regular store visits and monitor promoter performance against sales targets.

•Coach promoters on product knowledge, customer engagement and selling skills.

•Manage attendance, schedules and replacement coverage.

•Coordinate with store management and resolve operational issues.

•Monitor stock availability, product displays and promotional activities.

•Submit sales, attendance and store visit reports.

Requirements:

•Experience in retail field supervision, preferably in FMCG.

•Strong communication, team management and reporting skills.

•Familiarity with Carrefour and Lulu operations.

•Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel across the UAE.
