Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain fiber optic (FTTH), routers, and network equipment
• Attend service requests and resolve network faults and connectivity issues
• Perform installation, testing, and troubleshooting at customer premises
• Update job status and activities in system/tools (PDA/mobile)
• Coordinate with technical support teams for complex issues
• Ensure accurate reporting of incomplete or pending tasks
• Maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers
• Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in FTTH / GPON / telecom field operations
• Hands-on experience in installation and fault resolution
• Ability to work independently in field conditions

Qualifications

• High school diploma (minimum)
• Diploma in Telecommunications / Electrical / Networking (preferred)
• Basic networking knowledge with good communication skills
