Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Trainer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Field Trainer will be responsible for planning, developing, and conducting training programs to ensure the effective development of staff and the alignment of their skills with company goals. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, delivering training sessions on pharmaceutical products and sales techniques, monitoring employee performance, and providing support to ensure the successful application of training in the field. They will also be responsible for preparing detailed training reports and recommending improvements to enhance training programs.

Qualifications

• Strong training and development skills, including the ability to assess needs and deliver effective training programs
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in analyzing and reporting on training outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications or additional qualifications in training methodologies, instructional design, or a related field are advantageous
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, is preferred
