The Role

As a Field Operations Associate, you'll be on the ground upholding our quality standards and keeping field operations running smoothly and efficiently, ensuring all apartments are perfectly maintained to offer an exquisite experience to our guests.

What You'll Do

Field Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate field activities to keep every task on track.
• Communicate with field operations teams to support guest needs, manage deliveries, troubleshoot, and coordinate property viewings with the Residential team.
• Serve as the key link between field teams and headquarters.
  
  

Site Management

• Carry out on-site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Take precise apartment measurements for the interior design team.
• Manage inventory and equipment, and coordinate any maintenance or repairs needed.
  
  

Problem Resolution

• Be the go-to person for troubleshooting apartment transformation issues.
• Roll out corrective and preventive measures to continuously improve efficiency and quality.
  
  

What You Bring

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Hands-on maintenance skills — comfortable handling or overseeing basic electrical, plumbing, AC, and general repair work.
• A sharp problem-solver who stays composed under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and solid understanding of maintenance supervision.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A valid driving license and access to a car are mandatory for this role.
