Scope of position:
Responsible for driving daily sales performance and business growth across assigned independent accounts within their territory. Builds strong customer relationships, maximizes product portfolio penetration, and ensures timely collection of receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop daily sales with assigned customers, ensuring portfolio breadth and depth.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products.
- Monitor and implement price variations, ensuring profitability and competitiveness, create and maintain the customers forecast.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and service excellence.
- Support Hotel Channel Manager and Key Account Manager with local execution for shared customers.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables.
- Provide continuous market intelligence to management on competition, pricing, and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years experience in field sales within Foodservice.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency.
- Solid understanding of customer management and sales processes.
- Collaborative, proactive, and resilient mindset.
- Arabic and English are required languages.
