FileNet /IBM BAW system engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled IBM FileNet P8 Administrator / ECM Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in IBM Enterprise Content Management technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW), IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment (ND), Linux administration, and Microsoft SQL Server. The candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering ECM environments while ensuring high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Administer and support IBM FileNet P8 Content Platform Engine (CPE) and related components.

2.Install, configure, and maintain IBM Content Navigator (ICN) and FileNet services.

3.Support IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) environments and assist in deployment activities.

4.Deploy and manage enterprise applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server ND.

5.Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis.

6.Configure and maintain Linux servers hosting FileNet and WebSphere environments.

7.Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases related to FileNet and BAW applications.

8.Analyze application, WebSphere, and FileNet logs to identify and resolve issues.

9.Perform environment health checks and optimize system performance.

10.Coordinate with application development, infrastructure, database, and security teams during deployments and production support.

11.Participate in production support, incident management, and change management activities.
