Job Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Filipino Cook in catering, hotel, restaurant, staff accommodation, or similar operations.
Strong knowledge of authentic Filipino cuisine and traditional Filipino dishes.
Experience preparing meals in large-scale or industrial catering is preferred.
Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Ability to prepare meals according to a fixed menu and required quantities.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Physically fit and able to work for extended periods when required.
Qatar/GCC catering experience is an advantage.
Food safety/hygiene certification will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners or candidates available within a short notice period are preferred.
