Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled Finalizer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of layout, type, and color, and be able to follow instructions from the Creative team. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce final files for output with necessary specifications.
What You'll Be Doing
- Present design treatment options
- Create final artworks within deadlines
- Amend designs according to client feedback
- Manage publishing and production house expectations
- Review and proof all creative deliverables
- Write detailed job orders for production houses and suppliers
- Track project production process to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Work on animation, web design, video editing, and other graphics software
- Receive layouts and adjust according to creative requests
- Make changes the client may require
- Make final corrections to texts
- Send files to pre-press house for printing
- Apply quality control checks and send final proofs
- File final artwork to archives (CD or DVD) and maintain them
- Deliver material proactively and perform at a high level with minimal guidance
What You'll Need
- Degree in graphic design
- Knowledge with: Adobe premiere, Adobe after effect, Adobe animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production house using required software
- Flexibility in handling many modifications in a short period of time
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to grasp client needs and consider practical solutions
- Attention to detail
- Ability to balance work on several projects at a time
- Matter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejected
- Willingness to work long hours to meet critical deadlines
- Meticulous, patient, versatile, and reliable
- Time management skills
- Highly creative with a sharp eye for details
- Strong leadership qualities, precise, ambitious, and dedicated to work
- Flexible team-player who supports colleagues at all times
- Hard worker who can handle pressure and multiple jobs in an organized manner
