Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Fresh Graduate to join our team. The role will provide hands-on exposure to financial reporting, accounting operations, and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Support in preparing management reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support during audits and assist in gathering required information.
- Conduct research and analysis to support financial decision-making.
- Perform other ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional finance environment.
