About estaie

estaie is building the first global OTA engineered specifically for extended stays, offering negotiated accommodation rates for bookings ranging from 30 to 365 nights. Our model consistently delivers an average of 32% savings to guests while enabling hotels, serviced apartments, and real estate operators to optimize long-stay occupancy, drive predictable revenue, and eliminate inventory inefficiencies.

With global mobility surging and long-stay travel emerging as one of the fastest-growing segments in hospitality, estaie is uniquely positioned to capture a structurally underserved market. Incubated at in5 Dubai and scaling across the region, we are engineering a category-defining booking infrastructure for digital nomads, expats, corporates, and long-stay travellers worldwide.

As we expand and accelerate our international footprint, disciplined financial leadership becomes foundational. This role is built for a high-performance operator who will anchor our financial systems, investment readiness, and long-term capital strategy.
