Position: Finance & Accounting Manager
Role Objective
Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions efficiently, ensuring the preparation of accurate budgets based on cost and revenue forecasts. The role is responsible for delivering professional financial reports that support strategic decision-making while ensuring full compliance with accounting standards and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance & Accounting department and oversee all daily accounting operations.
Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts (costs and revenues), and analyze variances.
Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) for senior management.
Oversee financial statements including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
Ensure compliance with Saudi accounting standards (SOCPA / IFRS).
Coordinate with external auditors and relevant regulatory bodies.
Develop and enhance financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Support executive management with financial analysis and feasibility studies when required.
Manage monthly and annual financial closing processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience
Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in finance and accounting.
Proven experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost & revenue analysis.
Strong experience in preparing and reviewing financial reports and year-end financial statements.
Key Skills
