Finance Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Manager with a strong background in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics operations.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in financial management within shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding companies.

* Strong understanding of shipping operations, customs, freight costs, and logistics accounting cycles.

* Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and cost control.

* Ability to manage financial planning and support strategic business decisions.

* Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

* Proficiency in QuickBooks and accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee all financial operations and accounting activities.

* Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

* Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability.

* Analyze operational costs and improve financial efficiency.

* Coordinate with operations and management teams to support business growth.

* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Preferred:

* Previous experience in international shipping or logistics companies.

* Experience with multi-currency transactions and import/export operations.
