Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, month-end/year-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Handle treasury, cash flow, VAT, and UAE tax compliance while coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.
- Improve finance processes, internal controls, and finance system efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and IFRS.
- Provide financial support for business and management decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Strong experience in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT, tax regulations, and IFRS.
- Experience with Chinese multinational companies is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and build a long-term career in the UAE.
