Job Description

We are hiring on behlaf of our client who is a leading real estate development company with years of experience and a strong track record in delivering landmark projects across various cities in China. As part of our global expansion strategy, they are actively developing premium real estate projects in Dubai. They are now looking for a Cash Accountant to join our Dubai office and play a key role in managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all cash and banking activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, organize, and update SPA and related sales documents based on information and pricing provided by the marketing team.

Input and update client and transaction information in the company CRM and off-plan

systems (e.g., Oqood-related systems), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability.

Participate in AR management, conduct courteous payment follow-ups via email, phone, etc. according to schedules, and maintain related AR records.

Take part in daily finance operations, including organizing and preliminarily checking

reimbursement documents, assisting in preparing payment requests, and collecting bank

and escrow account statements for reconciliation support.

Support the finance role and external accounting firm by organizing basic data, filing

documents, and performing simple data checks to facilitate subsequent bookkeeping and reporting.

As the company grows and personal capabilities develop, gradually take on more

advanced finance or administrative tasks (such as simple reporting, process optimization, and improved contract archiving).

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or

multinational companies.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken); basic understanding of Chinese (Mandarin)

is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or ERP

systems).

Strong attention to detail, integrity, and a high sense of responsibility.

Excellent communication and time management skills; able to work in a fast-paced,

multicultural environment
