We are seeking a Finance & Investor Relations Manager to own the company's financial operations and investor communications. This role requires a senior, highly structured professional with experience in VC-backed startups and direct exposure to investor-facing responsibilities.
The role works closely with executive leadership, investors, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage cash flow, runway tracking, and financial controls
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare investor updates, board materials, and financial presentations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor reporting and inquiries
- Support fundraising activities, due diligence, and data rooms
Requirements
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or investor relations within a VC-backed or startup environment
- Strong financial modeling, analysis, and reporting skills
- Experience working with investors, boards, or executive leadership
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
