A rapidly expanding payments and financial solutions provider in the iGaming sector is seeking a Finance and Accounting Manager based in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end financial reconciliations across payment flows, accounts and settlement files
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues and driving them to closure
- Prepare accurate, timely management accounts and financial reporting
- Build and improve reconciliation processes, controls and supporting documentation
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
- Liaise with banking, payment and operational partners on financial queries
- Work with leadership to provide clear visibility of the company's financial position
Requirements:
- Strong reconciliation experience, ideally within payments, fintech, iGaming or a high-volume transactional business
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Confident working with large data sets and financial systems
- Proactive, self-sufficient approach and comfortable in a growing business without heavy structure
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Qatar
