Finance and Accounting Manager

This role will lead key finance operations, including:

Overseeing budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow

Managing financial reporting, forecasting, and audits

Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Overseeing payroll, procurement, and vendor management

Supporting department heads in budget planning and expenditure monitoring

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

Professional certification is a strong advantage

10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in international or service-based organizations

Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software and Excel

Excellent communication, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively

Experience in schools or education environments is a plus
