We are seeking an experienced F&I Manager to lead and manage a team of F&I Executives within our Audi dealership. The role is responsible for driving finance and insurance performance, ensuring compliance, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with Audi standards.

Job Purpose:
To sell finance & insurance solutions to Audi customers using an approved panel of banks and insurance products, ensuring an efficient and profitable contribution to the Audi dealership. To develop and implement sustainable F&I policies with the Audi Sales Team that maximise all sales opportunities for F&I products, while also assisting in closing vehicle sales at all times.
Accountabilities:
Finance & Insurance
- Maximise sales opportunities for the Audi branch by offering finance and insurance solutions to all customers and ensure that each customer receives excellent customer service.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and listening techniques, then propose appropriate finance and insurance solutions that meet these needs while maximising branch profitability using approved panel banks and insurance providers.
- Maintain effective relationships with bank and insurance representatives; follow up on payments received from banks and check documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure that all documentation, quotes, proposals, etc. are completed and processed accurately, and if required, make appointments for customers with bank representatives.
- Sell subsequent years insurance and extended warranties by checking insurance and warranty reports and contacting customers. Upsell other ANA products such as Protech.
- Ensure that Sales Management, General Management, and other frontline sales staff are kept informed of developments in the finance and insurance market.
Management
- Support the responsible General Manager in negotiation processes with banks and insurance companies as required.
- Monitor the AME business on a monthly basis and produce monthly reports to track penetration levels in order to achieve the support provided by AME.
- Ensure correct implementation of F&I processes within the Audi brand.
- Train and coach, the F&I and sales teams to ensure optimal F&I penetration.
- Monitor KPIs of the F&I team.
Operational
- Maintain a consistent and supportive relationship with the sales team and act as a customer contact when the sales consultant is not available.
- Monitor sales invoices and sales folders to ensure documentation is maintained as per the checklist and assist the admin team with required pricing to avoid invoicing errors.
- Liaise with all branches and support them in file clearances through proper monitoring of documents, cleared receipts, and approval for invoicing and issuing electronic sale letters.
- Update the sales team on promotions and campaigns rolled out by AME to maximise sales opportunities and achieve the highest budgeted penetration.
- Meet every customer to ensure that if finance is not taken up, a record is maintained of how the vehicle is being paid for to ensure no missed opportunities.
- Keep fully up to date with product knowledge across the full range of finance and insurance options available.
Reports
- Produce reports for the National Sales Manager and General Manager detailing F&I income and penetration levels.
- Produce commission reports for sales teams and track payments received from banks and insurance companies.
Personal Development
- Engage in continuous professional development.
- Arrange an annual appraisal with your line manager in accordance with the company's appraisal process.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of finance deals routed to panel banks versus non-panel banks.
- Income generated by finance and insurance deals per month.
- Number of insurance policies sold against number of cars sold.
- Number of second-year insurance policies sold.
- Number of extended warranties sold.
- Number of GAP insurance policies sold.
- Number of Protech products sold.
Education / Qualification, Skills, Competencies and Experience:
Education / Qualification
- Degree educated.
- Finance degree (desirable).
Experience
- Previous banking experience in Dubai (essential).
- Insurance selling experience (desirable).
