Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper, located in El Moqatam, Cairo. Comprehensive training on our financial systems and accounting software is provided. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions using QuickBooks Online, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements on an annual basis. The role includes processing invoices, payments, and expense reports, handling payroll entries, and supporting payroll processing as needed. Additionally, the Bookkeeper will maintain and organize financial documents and supporting records, communicate professionally with clients via phone or email regarding outstanding balances, missing documents, or required clarifications, and ensure full compliance with established accounting policies and procedures. The role involves attention to detail, organization, and collaboration with the finance team to support overall business operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree is a MUST

Fluency in English (written and verbal) with either British or American accent.

. Work according to Oklahoma's working hours.

Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.

Strong client communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.

Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of QuickBooks Online; experience with Xero is an advantage.
