Job Summary

The Finance Business Partner plays a critical role in ,strategic and operational decision-making through financial planning, analysis, and performance management. The role acts as a bridge between finance and business operations, ensuring financial discipline, insights, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct variance analysis between actual vs. budget and identify key financial drivers.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and reporting standards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive financial performance and efficiency.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and financial models for strategic initiatives.
  • Support tariff strategies, pricing analysis, and commercial negotiations.
  • Manage lender reporting, covenant calculations, and financing requirements.
  • Prepare financial projections, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 7–10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business partnering
  • Experience in infrastructure, logistics, or capital-intensive industries is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Financial modeling (ROI, forecasting, sensitivity analysis)
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS / GAAP
  • Cash flow and liquidity management
  • Budgeting and variance analysis
  • Understanding of project finance and loan structures
  • Advanced Excel (mandatory)
  • ERP systems (SAP is a strong plus)
  • Financial reporting tools
  • Very good in English
  • Ability to translate financial data into business insights
  • Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
