Finance Controller (9-Month Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Compliance:
• Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with US GAAP.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
• Internal Controls and Risk Management:
• Develop, implement, and monitor effective internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks across regional operations.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with regional and global finance teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and strategic support.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and guide finance team members to enhance their professional growth and performance.

Key Requirements

• Professional Qualifications:
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is essential.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, including regional roles within large multinational corporations.
• Extensive experience with US GAAP accounting is mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
