Job Required
- Support the effective coordination and administration of financial operations within the Finance Unit.
- Responsible for assisting in financial reporting, budget coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between finance Department.
- Preparation of financial reports, tracking budget utilization, supporting procurement and payment processes, maintaining financial records and documentation, and assisting in monitoring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the consolidation of financial data, follow up on pending financial actions, and support the officer in financial planning, analysis, and operational decision-making.
- Support audit requirements and contribute to improving financial processes and administrative efficiency within the finance unit.
